Pneumatic perforator

Pneumatic perforator represents a rotary percussion machine, where the impact piston reciprocates (makes reciprocating movements) in the cylinder under the action of compressed air. At the end of the working expansion stroke, a hexagonal drill rod inserted into the perforator receives a blow to the shank from the striker.

The return stroke of the striker with the help of a ratchet mechanism is accompanied by its rotation at a certain angle, while simultaneously turning the rotary boxes associated with it and the drill rod, respectively. The spool in the process of reciprocating movement of the drummer automatically changes the direction of the compressed air supply. The hole is cleaned from the crushed mass by supplying water under pressure to the axial hole of the drill rod and flushing device.

To protect the driller from vibration, the design provides for a vibration damping carriage consisting of two parallel tubes fastened together by a handle and a bracket. The tubes contain springs and sliders connected to the axle.

Pneumatic perforator is used to perform drilling work. It is possible to get holes in concrete walls, rocks, masonry, use in difficult and hazardous environments by using it, you can get holes in concrete walls, rocks, brickwork, use in difficult and dangerous conditions. By percussive and rotational movements, hammer drills are able to gouge through material characterized by a high degree of hardness.

The pneumatic drill is able to work in different modes, which makes it an almost universal tool. These are rotation with and without impact, drilling in concrete, stone, metal and wood, impact without rotation. A professional pneumatic drill can also replace a demolition hammer.

Pneumatic drills have three main functions: drilling without impact, drilling with impact (drilling), chasing (demolition hammer).
